How do I book a carpool ride?
Search for your route from the home page, browse available rides, and click "View Details" to book. You'll need to be logged in.
How are fares calculated?
Carpool fares are set by drivers as a cost-sharing contribution. The platform provides fare estimates based on distance and route for guidance.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
You can cancel from your bookings page. Cancellations within the free window incur no charges. Late cancellations may have a small fee.
How is driver verification done?
Drivers submit their Aadhaar, driving license, and vehicle documents. Our team reviews and verifies each document before approving driver status.
What should I do in an emergency during a ride?
Use the SOS button in the app — it instantly alerts your emergency contacts with your live location. You can also share your ride with trusted contacts before traveling.
